I remember Julia offering me a humbug just after I'd come back from snorkeling with David, in Spain. I was only about thirteen at the time, and I thought it was so generous of her. The taste of it was amazing, and I think she'd bought them in Harrods. Sitting on a sun lounger under a shade, charged out to them by 'Gold Tooth' an elderly Spaniard who managed this beach business, it was always fun to see them all doing their thing. Another memory that comes to mind was playing the chocolate game on Boxing Day, with several hats and scarves.. Shreaks of laughter as another cousin rolled a six, with the bundle onto the previous chocolate gorging player. The atmosphere eating at the table tennis table with hats crackers and drinks was always great fun, especially with so many cousins to share it all with. It was a pleasure knowing Julia. She was a wonderful lady. Truly unforgettable.
